How many of you are keeping fit while studying? I was doing well until this last testing window. I don’t know if it’s cause tax season was thrown in the mix or what. But I told myself tomorrow a new day, a new week, and a new month for a new me!!

I made a stand up desk. It makes it a lot easier to focus and my butt doesn't get tired from sitting all day. Supposedly these burn lots of cal's compared to just sitting and are good for you.

    Also been weight training.

I've been studying since last summer and I have yet to gain an ounce. To me, these tests are not worth getting fat over lol. There's really no excuse why you shouldn't be able to workout, and even if you really don't have time to hit the gym, if you watch what you eat, you shouldn't gain weight. I know it's very easy to pork down a bag of chips, fast food, chocolates, and pop while you study, but all these can be supplemented with coffee, water, fruit, and other healthy snacks.

I've been going to the gym a good amount especially because sometimes when I'm going through things with FAR I get so frustrated that I could throw my computer out the window. So instead, I hit the gym to de-stress because that's essentially the only time I have that I don't thing about much of anything.

Yes that is true jenuno!! See I've been doing all those bad things you mentioned. I need to stay away from those bad things. Also I'm going to try to fit in some workouts. I have Wii fit and I'm going to try to fit that in.

I wish I could go to the gym!! My husband leaves for work at 5am every morning and doesn't get home until almost 7pm!! So I'm pretty much a single mom during week. Now to top it off he told me his job site is moving again to North of Toronto so he won't be coming home at all during the week then. So it's Wii fit, Just Dance, and DVDs for this lady!!

@Jomarie, now that the weather is getting nice, you might want to try going for a run at night! Depending on how safe your neighborhood is, a couple laps around the block will do wonders!

I gained quite a bit while studying over the last couple years and after last test window I decided to start a new workout program that involved 28 day challenges that my fave fitness instructor created using interval wieight training and cardio circuits. I have lost 11.5 pounds over the last two months and am about to start a third round 28 day challenge.

I had gained about 15 pounds but in the last month I've been too busy to eat most days and when I do it's not much. Consequently, I'm back down 10 pounds.

I have gained weight during this, I do try to eat healthy but going to the gym has really slowed down and sitting all day at work and then at home studying certainly doesn't help.

I almost became horizontally gifted after a horrendous busy season, and now that the hours are semi-bearable, back to the gym! It really is a nice way to de-stress by exercising instead of facebook or etc.

I worked out in the yard for about two hours today mowing the lawn, leaf blower, and spraying round up. The trees and shrubs were shaking because they thought when I cranked up the leaf blower that it was the chain saw. It was a great workout. I even studied while doing this. Listened to various topics for REG I have recorded on my voice recorder. I take REG 5/4.

I'm thinking of taking up running, but then again it depends on my husband's work schedule and if he'll be home at night. My one neighbor and I used to walk 5 km a night and we were talking about doing it again!! I live near Niagara Falls and there's a lot of hills and stuff. During our walk there's one spot that goes up hill for 1 km!!
