I would like to hear a brief comparison of the Ninja product and that of Gleim. I hope the book is not as overwhelming and lengthy like Gleim product and is it an e book or paperback?

I am currently using Gleim for FAR. It is very tedious. Im currently getting 60-70 averages on the study units. Im on unit 8 right now. I plan on getting the Ninja mcqs a couple weeks before my exam in May. I would also be interested in anyone's experience with Gleim!

I used Gleim for REG only and it helped me get past my 74 on my first attempt. If you get the Gleim test bank and work thru a ton of questions I think you can take your MCQ avg score and add 10 pts to it and get a relative idea of what your real exam score will be.

That being said, I think the NINJA MCQ is just as good and the same rule would apply as above. Bottom line, just put in the time and you'll know if you're ready.

    BEC - 78
    AUD - 75
    REG - 74, 79
    FAR - 75

NINJA Book is an ebook – you can download samples here to see if you like it:

NINJA MCQ combines the MCQ, Sims, and practice exams into one product – you don't have to pay for them separately – which I believe is different from Gleim – the sims and practice exams are different products, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong on that.

Currently using Gleim right now for all sections. Gleim is very detailed but the information is laid out in a way that you can easily learn the materials. Plus, they have a great test bank too. It has helped me passed BEC and REG so far. Using it AUD and FAR currently as is helping me more than when I was using Wiley's.

With Gleim, you can purchase the full course, course by sections, or seperate parts of a section. Although it is much cheaper just to get the entire section or the full course.

I used both Becker and Gliem for the CPA and I'm currently using Gliem for the CMA. Gliem's test bank and progress tools are excellent. My actual CPA scores were 8-10 points higher than what my Gliem scores were. If you can consistantly average a 75 or better on 30MC practice runs, pulling from all topics covered, you should get your butt in a Prometric center pronto.

I found a similar thread you might find helpful…the OP was trying to decide between the two:

Gleim helped me pass both my CPA and CMA papers. I used Roger for FAR and AUD, but I didn't find it very useful and its is extremely overpriced. Gleim is tough and prepares you well and is priced reasonably.

    FAR - 80 (Roger + Wiley TB) May 2014
    AUD - 82 (Roger + Gleim TB + Wiley TB) August 2014
    REG - 79 (Gleim + Gleim TB) November 2014
    BEC - 85 (Gleim + Gleim TB) January 2015
