I just done a campus interview with PWC. It was 30 mins, just like a regular conversation. I had a conversation with my interviewer a couple week ago in the networking event. He remembers me. He asked me questions about my current intern, old part time job and a couple of behavioral questions. I thought the first round interview would be conducted by HR, but they are the director level in the practice that you applied. He spent the first half to ask me questions and the second half to answer my questions. I just have no idea, why did he just spend 15 mins to ask me questions. The girl before me did not get a chance to ask him questions(they have not met before). I am totally lost. I think the campus interview is a very personal thing. It all depends that the interviewer likes the interviewee or not. Will they send an email out if it is just a decline? Thanks.

You should hear back either way I would imagine.

I wouldn't get hung up on others experiences. I hope you had a bunch of good questions and used your half of the interview well. My experiences with on campus interviews has been more maybe 2/3 answering questions and 1/3 asking them, but I'm sure it varies person to person.

What I can say is I only had one interview where I literally had no time to ask questions because the interviewer talked non stop…. And I didn't move on to the second round. Asking questions is good.
