I am taking REG on Sunday and I am freaking out.. 🙁 I only gave myself 3 weeks to study for it while working 60-70

hours a week. I have read almost every topic in all Becker chapters but didnt really do all mcqs. I did half of chap 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 MCQs. I am still working on other ones but it’s been a slow process. I am exhausted at the end of the day when i get home from work and very difficult to absorb anything. Tax and BLaw were the two subjects i hated in school that is why i saved this exam for last…It is hard to take off this week from work because i have a deadline on friday. uggh. Any advice on what to focus on at this point? I really do not want to sit for this exam again next quarter. I am exhausted

The non-business law stuff should be heavily prioritized because it's 80-85% of the exam. From what people are saying, R3 and R4 are insanely important, R1 / R2 / R5 are pretty important, and R6 / R7 / R8 are dumb but still worth a few points.

    Good luck indeed.

No topic is less important. I took Reg 2 days ago and used Becker study materials. I had at least one question from almost every chapter in Becker. It is true that 60-70% was from tax sections, however, the others are equally important as a fall back option if you get a wrong answer to a tax question.

This is not to discourge you but a suggestion based on my recent experience.

I didn't do any business law MCQ's. I just read over the chapters a few times. The questions I got on the exam were pretty straight forward.

JamesBJames is absolutely right. You must know R3 and R4 inside out, I wish I studied those more than i did for individual taxation or business law, could've passed this thing.

    Siiigh…
