I currently work for Deloitte Tax in a city, but i’d like to move to another city for personal reasons. I’d still like to keep my job at Deloitte though. Does anyone know how difficult it is to transfer offices? and if i bring it up and they say no, am i risking my current job?

At Deloitte you can transfer after a year but it also depends on the needs of the office you want to move to. I would talk to your counselor and then talk to your partner/director you work with. I was at Deloitte and the process took some time when I put in my transfer request. I have since left and went to another public accounting firm. They didn't give me any trouble when I asked o transfer. Everyone was super nice during the whole process.

Im at EY but a peer just transferred to a different city after 2 years in ours. Process took him like 6 months and almost didn't happen but they made it happen because he was a 5 rated person.

Key is moving when the office youre moving to needs you. So you certainly need to be sure the office you want has room for you in whatever area of tax you work in.
