    Thanks for clarifying, @TJohns80. I am testing 5/27 and was pretty sure 2013 is being tested, so I was a little confused when I read this post yesterday!

    FAR 12/3/14, 87
    AUD 2/3/14, 90
    BEC 4/1/14, 88
    REG 5/27/14, 94

    I didnt mean just personal exemptions. I meant all exemptions. For instance my study materials say the gift tax exemption/exclusion is 13,000 Is this still correct?

    No $13,000 was the 2012 exclusion. Exclusion for gifts is $14,000 for 2013 and 2014.

    Done: 5/22/14

    @Sunni and @MikeHoncho.

    My wiley book says 2013 in bold on the cover. It has the 2012 exemptions ( generic) , because the book was okay till May 31 2013333 exam.

    So to get the correct limits , the Wiley 2014 needs to be used which will have the 2013 laws in it since it is good till May 31 2014.

    Thanks to the thread here I was able correct this fatal mistake .. Thank you everyone.
