What area of the country are you in? There are many smaller chapters of the ASWA (American Society for Women Accountants) that have regular gatherings/meetings. The one in Milwaukee does some pretty cool things.

ASWA! Yeah, that is the org I've heard about… It was pretty popular back when I was in public accounting. I think men are welcome, I know the founding partner of the firm I worked at (a man) used to occassionally go… He may have also joked about meeting his wife (or a wife) there? Lovely!
