I have an offer for full time employment at GT starting in January.

However, I have the opportunity to interview at KPMG and PWC.

Should I take the chance for the interview and give up my offer at GT IF i’m given an offer at these two places? Or should I work for GT for a bit and then move to big four?

Don’t know what to do. I love GT and the employees and love what I will be doing, but I constantly feel like I’m not good enough because I have not worked for Big 4 (by choice)

GT is like top 5 or 6 in the nation. If i were you i would take the offer and move over after 1 year if u still wanna goto big 4

What will be better for your life? By choice, I haven't worked at B4, but I've still gotten where I want to with my career. So, if I'd been the one asking this question a couple years ago, then going B4 would've been worthless. So, knowing where you want to go and how much you prefer working at GT over the B4 options is important in determining whether you should do B4 or not.

However, I'm always a fan of an offer in hand over an interview and possibility. Presuming that you think you would enjoy working at GT and it can pay your bills etc., I'd accept a certain offer instead of hoping to make the cut at interviews later on. Just my 2 cents.

Whats the timeline on all this? If the Big4 interviews are soon, accept the GT offer (you have no other offers), take other interviews, withdraw acceptance if you get an offer you'd rather go with.

Go on the interviews. Just doing that might confirm your choice to go to GT. Maybe you'll find something out that makes you consider the others.

It's interviews, not a marriage. Go check out the competition.

Even if you accept the GT offer and ultimately change your mind, you're not committed to anybody.

How about letting GT know that you still have other interviews on the table and if the decision can wait or not?
