I know and I apologize in advance for yet another post on this topic, I tried searching this topic but I couldn’t find it… Sorry Jeff… anyways for the research questions I noticed a post earlier that the AU numbering scheme relates to Issuers and AU-C relates to non issuers for the purposes of the CPA exam. My question is throughout the research questions in Becker, the answer has mainly been AU-C and not AU, yet I find VERY similar information in both standards. If this happens on the exam should I just use the AU-C version and not the AU? Thanks

    Here we go Again

    AUD: (65)(66) 77
REG: (66) (48) destroyed me mentally.....
    FAR: (68) (66)(69)(71)
    BEC: (63) 75

I'm wondering about this as well, seems like it could be really confusing.

    FAR: 86
    AUD: 88
    REG: 85
    BEC: 84
    DONE!

I came across a post earlier that said you only have one choice on the exam. I think you can find the comment in the audit experience topic. It was posted in the last couple of weeks. Hopefully other people can confirm on your post as well.

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

Does the AL have the full AL bodies of work – such as the examples and illustrations contained at the end?

Yes, the AL is complete on the exam. They also only had the AU-C option.

    FAR: 86
    AUD: 88
    REG: 85
    BEC: 84
    DONE!
