Hi guys,

I am done with FAR and REG. My credit for FAR expires on April 30 2013. I have AUD and BEC remaining. How much study time would I need for the two if I have to start studying them fresh? Would I be able to complete the two by Feb 15 (2 months)? I am currently pregnant and baby is due in March. I want to be done with the exams latest by Feb 15. Doable?

I am using the Wiley material. Is that good and sufficient?

Are you working? If not, I think it's doable. If you have a full time job that could be a stretch in my opinion. But anything is possible… If you give up sleep 🙂

Like MDROBBIN said it all depends if you have a job or not. Especially if you are in public accounting it may get hard because busy season is going to hit. BUT even with that i think that it is doable even with a job you just really have to commit to yourself and basically give up life for the next 2 months, i did both of those exams in the same window and didnt find it to be too overwhelming. If you take the first test the first week of Jan that would give you like 6 weeks to study for the other and that is plenty of time, especially if the second test is BEC. Are you currently studying for one of them?

Basically even if it isnt doable you still have to try it because if you dont you run the risk of only having half a window left before your FAR credit is lost. I would buckle down and basically live and breathe the CPA exam for the next 2.5 months.

If you are staying at home, yes. Working, that would be very stressful especially being pregnant…..but your baby would pop out being smart as heck!

Thanks all of you 🙂 No I am not working currently. But this baby is tiring me out so much that I sleep anytime I see the books 😀 I really hope I can complete this though!
