    You can't type “=” and then start clicking the relevant cells. You have to actually type out everything. Other than that, I don't know why it would mess up.

    I don't think I understand your question. Are you asking if you can still start off an formula with the “+” key instead of “=”?

    There was a sim that the instruction said something like formula =C4+C5 or something like that and the number needs to be positive. In the answer field, I wasn't sure what to do… I just typed the dollar amount… not to mention the instruction said the number needs to be positive, it's just confusing, not clear sim Q is what I'd say… anyone had that Q and understood it??

    @Givemesleep

    Not quite sure what you're asking, but I took AUD today and also used a spreadsheet.

    I didn't have trouble with the formula bar. I simply hit “=” and used the mouse to choose which cells I wanted and used the keypad to enter +'s, *'s, -‘s etc.

    CashMoney10 – there was a sim Q and it did mention spreadsheet formula, but are we required to click on the answer field and type the formula in? or can I just put the dollar amount in the answer field?? or do we have to go into the spreadsheet and answer from there?? I am confused, please help!! I used Wiley book for MC and Sim Qs and didn't practice anything electronically… is that why I'm not getting it???

    @unsure

    I think as long as the answer is correct it shouldn't matter if you type the number or formula in. But who knows, I haven't passed a section yet!

    CashMoney10 – I read some more somewhere, you're not required to use the spreadsheet, it's more time consuming to use it… at least you'll get your result by 3/8/12… my state is a snail mail state, so I don't know when I will get my score… it's annoying to wait… not knowing if you pass or not and have to keep studying for the next one.
