Don't fall for the “material to his net worth”

Know that materiality is typically 5%-10%.

Know independence in terms of funds.. Mutual, trust, pension…

A6 was one of two chapters I felt was not going to be worth my time, so I just skimmed through it (and A2). And I was silently cursing myself throughout my exam, as I got one question after another about “other services” and “professional responsibilities.”
