Hi all,

I am currently studying for audit after passing FAR and REG. To my surprise I am having a difficult time with audit. I was wondering (for those of you who are using Becker) what types of score you were receiving on the MC and on the two final practice exams. As of now im hitting high 60’s/low 70’s and my testing is Nov. 11th. Thank you!

I'm using Becker for AUD. I passed AUD in the pass but it expired. I have not done any practice exams, but I have done a lot of progress tests. So far my scores are in the 80-90% range. My challenge is more with the Simulations in Chapters 4 and 5, and the Research questions. What chapter(s) do you find most challenging? How are you doing on the Sims?

Also, do you have Audit experience, it makes the exam a lot easier. I'm sure Reg will be tough for me. Great job with FAR and REG. If you can pass those, you can do Audit. Good Luck!

I take audit in a week. I am scoring between 80-90% in progress test. I scored 83 % in the first final exam today. I plan to review one chapter a day and some more progress test before the exam.

I passed FAR with similar strategy and strictly with Becker. I am sticking with similar strategy for audit.

The progress tests were 85% at around 10 days out.

Any suggestions as to what to focus on?

I do not seem to have any “weak” points…just a general grasp of the material.

Im only worried because scoring in the 70s seemed good for far/reg but it sounds like people are usually scoring higher on the mc when studying for audit (with becker)

You may want to consider postponing your AUD exam. From what I've read, its very difficult to pass Audit if you don't understand the material too well. Thus, it may pay to push the date back til 2014 Q1. I assume at this point Q4 is booked full.

I think in the book they say A3 and A4 are most tested. A4 is a real pain.
