My last section is BEC. I just started studying for it and the HW is blowing my mind away. From all 4 sections I could easily say that this HW takes the longest to do. I’m spending over an hr on just 25-30 QS. Also the questions are so detailed that they involve the usage of 2 or formulas to get to the final answer. I have no idea why people say BEC is easy … with all the cost acct I think it’s pretty challenging. Any tips on the HW for BEC??? Is it normal that I’m taking sooooooooooooooo long with them???

    FAR - 82
    AUD- 91
    REG- 81
    BEC- 78

If it's important, you will find a way... if not, you will find an excuse. LET 2014 be the year!!!!

Agree that the BEC MCQ's are taking a long time. I've noticed it being very repetitive, so I catch on about 30 questions in and then reduce my questions/minute.

    AUD: April 2014 - 85
    REG: May 2014 - 83
    BEC: July 2014 - 82
    FAR: August 2014 - 83

    I'M DONE!!

Most of the WTB calculation MCQs I did to prepare for BEC were ridiculously long and complex and it definitely took me a while to get through them, so I'd say it's very normal. That being said, I thought the calculations on the actual exam were a lot less time-consuming. Not necessarily less difficult but I felt like they didn't make you go through multiple different formulas constantly just to get to the correct answer. What made my exam difficult was the IT questions, so I'd make sure you know the details of the IT topics as much as you can in addition to the plethora of formulas.

I'm actually wondering how the NINJA MCQs are for BEC. Like I said, I thought Wiley was kind of intense in their calculation questions compared to the actual exam while I thought the NINJA MCQs were right on par with the exam questions for REG, so maybe the source of the material itself has something to do with it?
