    Incorrect

The answer is B. Comparable sales.

“The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    AUD - 79
    BEC - 80
    FAR - 76
    REG - 92

Mine will probably be that same week or so! Maybe I should choose the same day to continue the good luck test vibes that we apparently share!

I really liked only waiting a week for my score the last time. I may base when I take it on score release again. I need to look at the release schedule, but will probably wait a few weeks before looking into it too much!

    AUD - 73,91
    FAR - 79 - Thank you God!
    BEC - 73,79!!!!
    REG - 92 whatttt??!

I used Becker review + flashcards, Ninja Audio, Ninja MCQ supplement on BEC and REG.

    Done! Praise God!

I'm listening to the B3 lecture right now and just started cracking up…Peter Olinto talking about IRR “IRR ignores size…and from what I've been told size does matter. Get your mind out of the gutter”

I will never understand bec! I just cant remember any equation. I don't know how people see regulation as one of the most difficult, it simple math but this one isssss horrible. Im thinking on quitting or taking a break.

@cpatobepr what areas are you having trouble with? Don't quit- everyone has a section that's harder for them. For me, it was FAR and I've heard (crazy) people say FAR was the easiest for them. Some people are better with conceptual material like audit and some are better at equations. If you're going to succeed at anything, you just have to work at it….trust me, when I say that the more MCQs you do, the faster you will have that “aha” moment and everything will make sense.

cpatobepr – I found it helpful to write down the formulas as I saw them in the book. Whenever I would see a formula, I would write it down and keep them all together. Then I would re-write them every night. It really helped. If you're in the beginning phase of studying than what you are feeling is very normal. It took me weeks to become comfortable with the formulas. Don't take a break- just push through it! I also suggest knowing IT and chapter 1 VERY VERY WELL!! 90% of my exam was from chapters 1&4 – a lot of which I had never seen before.

    A - 75
    B - 78 God is good.
    F - 77 Answered prayers.
    R - 84! Done!!

Paperwork sent - waiting for license!!
Still on a cloud and in shock. Through God, all things will happen.
