    Becker Question –

I have been through all the lectures once, btw. I have my exam on the 21st and I am struggling to find a method that will work for me.I don’t have the patience to sit through the lectures again (but will if it is really recommended). It is all the calculations that are really hanging me up. Should it be enough if I just go back through all the MCQ and rework the problems with the solutions thoroughly? I also thought about getting NINJA notes or audio. I may push back my exam another week.

Any suggestions would be helpful. I don’t know what is is about BEC … I felt fine through the lectures, but very little seems to be sticking!

My friend whom I just asked says Becker MCQ is enough for BEC and with the writing portion of the BEC if you just repeat their question and then repeat it again and then summarize the repetition, you'll be in good shape.

Thanks, Another85 … I don't know what it is about this section! I am going to see how it goes this week!

I'm doing FAR and am considering just skipping all lectures and starting working MCQs only — and then using my results to outline which areas of the study book and/or lectures I need to go back and review. The lectures are taking a long time and it sometimes feels like my time would be better spent doing the MCQs.

The Becker MCQ's for BEC were ok. I felt like adding the Ninja MCQ's were what helped me to pass because I had gone through the Becker ones already and the Ninja MCQ's were more closely related to what I saw on my actual exam — this was important for me because I needed to see a new set of questions. I can't speak on the WC's because I didnt study for those, but again, their MCQ's were just ok. I did feel a little more secure adding the Ninja ones to the mix. I'm doing the same for FAR and REG, so we'll see how it goes.

    AUD: Pass (WTB)
    BEC: Pass (Ninja/Becker)
    REG: Pass (WTB)
    FAR: Pass!!! (Becker/WTB/Ninja)

DONE!! 🙂 It's SO nice to be able to finally write this. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

Thanks, taxy – for REG I started to supplement a little with free online software and I felt the diversity helped solidify what I learned through Becker.
