BEC – Wiley vs Becker

I have been doing problems over and over and over again and I have the Wiley Test Bank as a supplement to Becker. I had been doing the Wiley problems and averaging anywhere from 75-85 on all of my practice tests, practice problems, etc.

Today, I decided to go to Becker to get a look at new questions. I am epically failing at them. The math problems are fine – and some of the conceptual problems are fine – but overall the Becker questions seem to be much harder and focus on completely different topics then that of the Wiley Test Bank.

Has anyone else felt this? Am I crazy or simply unprepared? I am suppose to take the test tomorrow and felt like the way I was performing on Wiley I was in good shape!

I was considering getting wiley test bank but I didn't so I cant speak on those question but I will say that it is good that you are seeing different groups of questions because you will be prepared for questions from all angles. Do a good amount of the questions on becker material and you will be fine!

    FAR: 68, 74, 75!
    AUD:75!

I will just tell you what it was like from my experience. I started studying for the exam almost two years ago and I started with Wiley. I started with BEC. I could not pass it. I used the Wiley materials and was scoring in the 80's on their tests. I switched to Becker (and I agree, the questions were much harder than on Wiley). After switching, I passed BEC with a 79. I see that you probably already tested, but in case this could help anyone else in the future, I personally felt like Becker came much closer to actual BEC content than Wiley did. Hope everything went great!
