As the title states, can they do that? Get in contact with their respective accounting board and find out how we are doing?

Firms don't do that. They only want to know if you passed all parts or if not, what your plan is for passing for all parts of the exam.

    BEC - 90
    AUD - 84

Our Firm asks that employees show proof that they've passed in order to earn an exam bonus, but our local Board will not disclose candidate scores to our Firm. We have to go thru the candidate to get those scores.

In Florida, anyone can search you with your last name an social security number, which an employer would have.

I think this only says pass fail, though. And it is very slow to update.
