My CA CPA licensed boss left my private industry job and another one came in from another state. Can he sign off on my General experience license?

you have to check CA board to be sure. different states have different rules about it. check the experience requirement for CA online. someone out here may know and respond

Yes. But just to be confident call the board tomorrow morning and make sure. I am fairly certain I am right because I was going to do taxes under the supervision of a CPA licensed in KY or somewhere like that.
