Career choices

I currently work in the insurance industry in a non-accounting/finance analytical role. I have 3 years experience and have been promoted a couple times. My ambitions is to be a general manager/executive at some point.

While working I have pursued a masters in accounting (my major was economics). I’ve received an offer for a big 4 firm… I’m weighing a couple of choices:

–Take big 4 job in ITRA/ internal audit advisory, but I will start from scratch as a new recruit. It’s not financial auditing, but I do like seeing business processes as my ambition is general management. Would get CPA with this experience. If I really like it I could change gears to become a partner. Or could change gears to move more towards consulting

–Internal audit within my company– would also give me CPA, and allow me to continue building experience in industry. Could get CPA from this. I could probably move over at my current experience level.

    — other options. Stay in current role and continue moving up. Or move to different finance role… These would preclude CPA, but maybe I am too hung up on the importance of that?

Just looking for some general advice. assume financially these offers are all the same.. They are not but it is close. I am more concerned with career growth at this point than money.
