I cleared all the 4 exams. What to do next to get Massachusetts Non Reporting License. I read some where that we will get the congratulatory letter from the board and after that only will be able to apply for non reporting license. Do I need to do anything before I get the congratulatory letter??

I applied in Florida before I got a congratulatory letter. I received my congratulatory letter the same day I received my license in the mail. It also states in the letter that it cannot be used as proof of passing with your state board.

As long as you have everything you need (proof of a masters degree or experience that the board deems equivalent to public experience, letters, application and fee), you need not wait to get the congratulatory letter. Congratulations!
