If u receive 150 credit hours, u can try and transfer to any of the 2-tier state such as Montana, north Dakota or illinois. In a 2 tier state there is an advantage of receiving the certificate and then converting it to license as and when the work experience requirement got fulfilled OR keeping the certificate as a stand alone, if there is no need for a license.

I don't know anything about international or transfer requirements, but if you are seeing your exam status on the NASBA CPAES website, your final exam will always say “PASSED” instead of “CREDIT”.

Credit means you passed that particular section. Passed means you passed the whole exam. I received my final passing score May 3 and my account still says PASSED for my final exam. It just means you're done with the exam.
