I am in Cali and as I am waiting for my BEC score (my last one), just for the fun of it I logged onto my CBA account and clicked on “create repeat application” and the system created “Remittance Form” even though my score is still pending. I hope I didn't mess up anything in my account.

I may be the oldest poster here. I am 46 as of Tuesday…can't believe it…I have a 7 year old, married, full time job and been studying for 3 years. I am a late bloomer, did not graduate from college until 2001. I hope I don't look as old as I feel right now. LOL

@Zeppelin1976 – I hestitate to say what I thought of AUD . . . when I got out of REG back in November, I remember being absolutely sure that I had bombed. I figured I'd made maybe 65. I was shocked when I got my score. Then, in AUD I ended up with almost 20 minutes to spare. Even though I felt that I had not spent nearly enough time studying, I felt that the questions seemed almost too easy. I felt like I flew through the MCQs, and had a full 2 hours for the simulations. I want to think I did okay, but my gut is telling me that I can't have since I didn't spend enough time studying. And there were a lot of questions on one topic that I had basically just skimmed, so I was pretty much guessing on those. I never even took practice questions in a lot of the categories on the Wiley test bank.

So, to make a long story shorter . . . I have no idea what I thought of AUD!!

Aiming to be finished with the CPA exam by August 11, 2013 (my birthday) - DONE!!!!

@wendywhite – Here, here! I didn't know we had a word! I was home with kids for about 15 years, then got divorced. Got a full-time job and went to back to school (1st college experience ended with a terrible GPA and a wedding ring!). It took 4 years, but I got my degree, then took a year off before thinking seriously about the CPA. I'm 47, and I'm very glad to know that I'm not the only one on here over 40!

Kudos to all of us “older” candidates who still have the courage to dream and plan for the future!!
