Do you think there is any chance that Prometric will extend this testing window?

The only reason prometric extends is if there is a severe weather emergency that closes an area's prometrics (this last window I believe it was the horrendous flooding in Houston area). They wouldn't do it until the last week or so of the window. Big hurricane on july 1 not likely to extend the window. Big hurricane on Aug 20, might do it. I know it seems like every window is just extended but there truly is a reason for each time.

Yeah, I think there was some more severe weather in Texas this window… I hate to feel like I am benefiting from tragedy, but I could really use some extra time. Haws, that sounds awful!

Why do you need extra time? 6-8 week is the max you should study for a section.

Sorry if that is too blunt…just stressed about AUD on July 3rd – at least I get the rest of the weekend to relax!

    AUD - NINJA in Training
    BEC - 86
    FAR - NINJA in Training
    REG - NINJA in Training
    AUD - 71, 73

    BEC - 74, 86

    REG - 77*

    FAR - 57

    *expired

(I have been trying to become a CPA since 2013). only one test down.......

    FAR: 63, 55, 62
    REG: 65, 77*
    AUD: Fail, 64, 71
    BEC: 72, 74, 81

    *expired

I suppose from today until September would be a little excessive, although, you never feel like you truly studied enough! However,I am taking BEC July 21st and have my FAR retake scheduled for Aug. 28th =( I don't want to push FAR back to the next window, but I might not have a choice. That is why September test dates would benefit me. I wonder if AUD would be a better re-take with such a short amount of time?

So you have no passed sections that are in danger of expiring? I recommend only attempting ONE section per window for someone like yourself with a job and kids. It took me 12 months to pass all 4. In 3 windows I attempted 2 sections each and would pass one/fail one. Over all I passed one section each window between Oct 2010 and Oct 2011.

That is a good point, mla. I am not working, per se, lol. My kids are home for the summer though (as opposed to be at school for 6.5 hours). I am going to play it by ear. I am desperate to get this over with and that is pressuring my decision a bit, but like you said, it may take just as long anyhow. I am taking my last course for my MSAC in Septmeber/October, was kinda hoping to have more exams passed. I have until 11/39/16 until my credit expires.
