I noticed I have two candidate profiles in one of the big4 career site. The first was very old and was opened in 2007 while the second one was recently opened. Note , it was not intentional, I changed my email and used my new email address for the new profile. Is there a way I can delete the old profile? If not what advice do you have to get this resolved as I do not want my application to be rejected based on this. Thanks always guys.

nigerCPA, I had this exact same thing happen to me too with one of the Top 10 regional firms. I didn't even know it until I contacted a recruiter about an application I put in on LinkedIn. At first, she couldn't find my app, and then she figured out that I had two profiles. She merged them for me. Have you tried reaching out to a recruiter?

Thanks Lindrobe. I sent an email to the recruiter responsible for my location and to delete the old profile but she has not responded.
