Anyone ever use their software to prepare your own taxes? A neighbor of mine does taxes on the side and has a link on his website that basically sends you through Drake’s software at 1040.com. I’ve never used it before, but I’m guessing he just gets a taste for sending me through the link.

Anyone have any experience with Drake relative to other online tax prep software out there for personal use like TurboTax and the like?

I've used it and it's pretty straightforward. There was a bit of a learning curve, but once I figured out the little nuances, it's pretty much been smooth sailing.

I used it 4 years ago and it was really… Old looking. The program reminded me of the interface of Windows 2000… It was all gray and white…
