For insolvent partnership, it can attach any solvent individual partners’ assets. What if a partner has the same asset and liability, can the creditors attach to this partner’s net assets?

    Thank you!

Your question doesn't make any sense.

If Assets and Liabilities are equal, then by definition, “net assets” (as you phrased it) is zero. If assets minus liabilities equals zero, then what can a creditor attach to?

Unless your question is not stated correctly?
