Can I get any credits if I answer correctly on the dummy questions?

I heard I will not lose any point for missing those questions.

Actually, you don't lose any points for getting any of the questions wrong.

You start with a score of zero, and for every correct answer you gain points. Some questions are worth more than others. Obviously, the ultimate goal is to earn 75 points.

If you get questions wrong, you don't lose any points. You just don't get any closer to the golden 75.

Pretest questions are worth zero. They are only included to gather data. You can not gain nor lose points based on your answer to the pretest questions.

You don't lose points for incorrect answers. So regardless you should be putting down something for every multiple choice and every SIM answer box.

There are questions called “pretest questions” which usually consists about 15 multiple choice and 1 SIM which the test graders will throw out. It is not counted regardless if you get them right or wrong. Often times they are put in there to see how well students respond to them and if a good amount of students get them right, then they may count it for future tests.
