   So this section is a big chunk of the exam...and the 2 times I've sat for this exam, I don't see that much on it! Or maybe I just don't remember....regardless it's one of my weak areas =(

   Are we expected to know how much each taxpreparer penalty is?
   Any advice? What's the most important thing out of this section?

   This section is rather simple. All you have to remember is.... a tax preparer should not do anything naughty. That's all. :)

   FAR: Passed (5x)
   AUD: Passed (2x)
   BEC: Passed (1x)
   REG: Passed (3x)

   I don't know how I managed to score weaker in this section. I dont recall many questions on this topic so whichever questions I got, I must have read it wrong =( boooooo
