Going from FAR to BEC? I'd probably save that one for last. I took it first and it is kind of pointless. After FAR go with Audit or REG.

I'm back for Q4 study. After my test last Thursday, I feel like most of the others that tested recently. I didn't feel like the questions got progressively more difficult and the SIMs were pretty tough. I was going to take a week off, but even if I somehow pass, I'll chalk it up to more knowledge down the road. All right, back at it!

@golfball7773, i understand how you feel right now. I took regulation on August 10 2013 for the third attempt. On the night itself when i finished my exam and believing that i could not pass my exam, i started to study preparing to retest on Q4. I studied straight for another 10 days. Guess what, i got my score on August 22 passing with 77.

I plan to take FAR end of Oct / beginning of Nov. I finished up to FAR 3 (using Becker) and decided to go back and work on the questions. I found out I forgot how to calculate some of the questions and I freaked out so I redid all 400 Becker FAR 1-3 MCQs. This happened to me before and I feel I'm not comfortable to move forward, esp after FAR 2..it's a crapload to take in. Any recommendations? Would you suggest to keep going then go back..say after FAR 5? How is everyone reviewing? ..I know peep recommended to go back and redo the MCQs but they're so time consuming. I feel I don't have time to study new material and go back at the same time. Please share your studying techniques. Thanks!

@MochiBunni – don't freak out. I'm taking FAR on Nov 14th and I haven't started yet, seriously. Try Ninja method. Watch all the Becker videos, take intensive notes while doing non-stop mcq's and read your notes everyday before going to bed. I'm doing this for my AUD exam on October 20th. All these are just suggestions. It will all boil down to what method are you being effective. Everyone is unique. Try other method that can help you retain the information. This is marathon. CPA exam is a slow and painful process. It is not easy but it will be worth it. Don't give up. It's not over until we win!
