Check out Jeff's study routine for E-L-L (Early – Lunch – Late). I'm currently following it and I like the way it's spread out so you have to study at three different points in the day. I think you can find info on it here:

Break time = Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Bathroom Break (although you can eliminate that with a Diaper), Showers is optional.
