Hi fellow ninjas!

I’m currently waiting on my BEC score and have passed the other three sections. I want to get some valuable tax experience but as timing is everything now tax season is over and I’m having a hard time finding a job opening for tax at a reputable firm. Does anyone have any advice on how to get tax experience after tax season is over? I have several years of experience working as a staff accountant for a manufacturing company. I have no tax experience but would like to as I feel it would be a better career path. Any advice would help. Thanks!!

Given that most firms don't hire during tax season anyway now would be a great time to try to get hired on. Busy season has passed but extensions, fiscal year clients, and other tax clients are coming due.
