    Hi all,

Im in the process of doing F2 (Becker). many of the questions ask to go from cash basis to accrual basis. I was wondering if anyone had an easy (or easier!) way to do this. I cant seem to get it quickly and was hoping someone can give me some insight. thanks!

    Net Income Cash Basis

    + Increases in CA

    + Decreases in CL

    =Net Income Accrual basis

If you can remember that way then you know to flip the signs if you have a decrease in CA or an increase in CL.

just think of when it was earned vs when they received it. Or when they paid it vs when they will get it.
