How important are the liquidity, leverage, etc. ratios for FAR? I know for BEC they are very important since cost accounting and financial management are a major part of BEC. But I am just wondering, are those ratios that important for FAR since it seems that FAR has a million other things?

Know the turnover ratios

You will need the ratios for all the exams, seriously.

You might be sitting for Auditing and they have a SIM asking about inventory turnover and some audit stuff on that.

If you don't know what the inventory turnover is, you aren't getting that question right.

They show alot on the Wiley test bank, they should tell you something. You don't need to memorize them, once you understand them you can solve them.

Hate to give an opposing opinion here (and possibly be wrong!!), but I haven't seen much in the way of ratios on my exams so far (FAR, AUD). If anything, they've been similar in difficulty to the EASIEST ratio question I saw in Becker.

I'd be familiar with them, but I wouldn't really stress about it.
