I need some encouragment. I want to give up. I’m one test away from being done.

I’m overwhelmed (FAR) and feel stupid. I’m tired of being stressed and not sleeping. I’m tired of basing my life around this exam. I’m scared that I’m not good enough. If I fail, I lose credit for the first section I passed. The pressue is on.

    I feel sick.

NO! No giving up!!! You are so close. Its okay to feel overwhelmed. We all go through that. Its also okay to doubt yourself sometimes. It happens. What's important is that you find a way to refocus, re-motivate, and re-energize! You CAN do it. If you need to take a break, take it. But don't give up!!!! I'm taking FAR this window to (Mid-Nov) and its my last test too. We can get it done together!!! You can do it! You are just burned out. Hopefully you will find enough encouragement on this forum to get you through it!

I gave myself an hour last night to complain and freak out, but today, its back to the grind. Gotta get it done! Its like running a race and being able to see the finish line, but quitting. Don't do that! You are almost there!

I know the feeling. Passed FAR in February with a month of hardcore 3 hours a night studying.

Failed Audit in May (68) and July (72). I was hoping to pass in less than 6 months. I'm getting paid decently, I'm starting to lose the passion for the CPA when it won't get me a big raise and it's killing me.

    FAR: 2/23/14 77 (1 month studying)
    AUD: 5/25/14 68
    AUD: 7/13/14 72
    AUD: 10/12/14 72

If you are having problems with GOV,NFP, and IFRS, you should get the hot spot videos from Bisk CPA. I was having problems understanding Gov/NFP using Becker, and in less than 3 days,I understood everything with these videos. Gov video is 3 hrs, and NFP 1 hr and 45 minutes. You might find them on Ebay.

Deep down I believe I can do it. I am capable. It may be more difficult for me than the average joe on here, but I can do it.

I am just stuck is this extremely self negative mindset and I can't get out of it.

Rocky, you have come too far to say you cannot do this. For me, preparing for FAR was much worse than the exam itself. You can do this, pick yourself up and kick butt!

    AUD - 73,91
    FAR - 79 - Thank you God!
    BEC - 73,79!!!!
    REG - 92 whatttt??!

I used Becker review + flashcards, Ninja Audio, Ninja MCQ supplement on BEC and REG.

    Done! Praise God!

@Rocky123, sack up man! You gotta grab this exam by the balls and make it your B***H!! Take a break for a day or two, chill out, clear you head then hit it hard for the remaining period of studying.

    @Rocky123,

I'm in the same boat as you, this is my last exam and I'm cranky as can be and this is no longer fun.

    Quitting isn't an option.

Call someone who will let you have your pity party and then make you laugh. My SIL called me yesterday because she was crabby too, we laughed and now I've been sitting here going through the free NINJA blitz videos (Thanks, Jeff!).

WE GOT THIS! Time to cram and then rip off the bandaid. I figure it is better to put in the extra effort than face having to take the exam again.

EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER IN FAR IS A STRUGGLE. At least the other sections had easier chapters. There is no room to breathe in this section.

DunkinDonutsJunkie, rocky is a she, I remember her from the boyfriend does not understand thread.

Rocky, if this is your second time, you have a great chance of passing. Work on as many simulations as you can if you are already getting 80s on the MC questions cumulative tests. What was your first score on FAR?
