If you are taking two or more exams in the same testing window…

    When it comes to exam scores, I tend to pysch myself out. So, I wait until I have all my exams done before I check scores. I put the score release email in a folder titled CPA and look at it when I return from taking the last exam of the testing window.

    This way I can enter each section telling myself that I passed the last section and not freak myself out with a failing score.

    Does anyone else do this?

    If you are taking two or more exams in the same testing window, do you check your scores right when they are released or do you wait until you have completed all exams?

    Wgat helps is marking the email as unread and putting it in a separate folder (out of sight out of mind). Otherwise, I would be too tempted to look

    Believe me, the first thing I do after returning from the testing center is check my score! πŸ™‚

    or just schedule your exam such that the score release is after and not before your exam date if you have a tendency to want to check it.

    You have a level of self restraint I will NEVER achieve. I bet you don't shake your presents under the Christmas tree either!

    Yeah…I check it as soon as it's up…and many times before it's up…I'm not patient. πŸ˜›

    @DJN I'm tempted but I hate ruining surprises πŸ™‚

    @avenger I did that in a previous window but it was not possible this time around.

    I thought about doing that between REG and AUD, but couldn't handle not knowing what my REG score was. I totally caved. Kudos to you on the self-control! This whole CPA Exam thing is all about mind-games.

    So this time around, I purposely scheduled FAR so that I wouldn't get my score until after I'd taken BEC. Still, it's not keeping me from worrying about FAR uselessly in the meantime…

    REG - 85
    AUD - 99
    FAR - 89 - w/ NINJA Audio and Blitz
    BEC - 91

    Using Wiley - books and test bank - 6 months - all 4 first time
