    Dear All

    I am Indian Chartered accountant want to pursue CPA. I want to know what is starting salary of CPA credential in USA.

    it varies a LOT. I know if you start out at a Big 4 company and you're a first year (as in zero experience), you make about 60k with out without a CPA and then get a 5k bonus once you get it within the first year.

    I'd suggest going on glassdoor.com and then looking at companies you're interested in and finding the average salary for a CPA with your experience level.

    You can google “Robert Half Salary Guide” for a rough estimate of starting salaries.

    The back of the guide even includes an index to adjust the salary ranges based on location.
