Is the Research Simulation Score Weighted the Same as Every Other Simulation?

I’ve found a lot of people saying that it is fully weighted and others saying it is much less. Does anyone know this for sure (and could maybe reference something to the AICPA or NASBA)? I tried looking without any luck so I just assumed that it was weighted the same. My assumption for FAR is that for 7 task based simulations and 1 pretest at 40% total, the research simulation accounts for 6.66% of the entire exam.

The AICPA doesn't explicitly say one way or the other, so nobody really knows.

@jokami: Thanks for the link, however, there is nothing in there that states “all research questions are weighted equally”, or even explains different grading based on the difficulty of the research questions. When it goes on to talk about the difficulty of testlets it only refers to the MC questions. I don't understand why they can't just tell you, its ridiculous after the amount of studying that we put into this thing! I understand that they have to be fair but this goes far beyond that! I'm on my last part with FAR and have studied my BRAINS out and would appreciate a better understanding of 40% of the exam! I've never wanted to be part of a club (also known as the AICPA) that I hate so much!
