And I have no idea how to feel.

I felt great about the MCQ’s. Then the SIMS happened. The first one I got was on the ONE topic I dreaded to see most and really didn’t understand 🙁 I wouldn’t be surprised if I got 100% of that wrong. Then I had one that was literally EXACTLY the same as a SIM from Becker. Word for word. Which I thought was odd, but was happy about, so as long as that one actually counts, I should get full credit there. Then I got 2 research questions, neither which I could find. So I’m hoping one of those are a pretest. Then one SIM I MAYBE got 1/2 right on. And the other I have no idea again. Ugh.

So frustrating. I definitely didn’t get lucky with the sims this time around. I was so lost. I got lucky with my weak areas not showing up in the MCQs, but then they came back to bite me in the SIMS.

I’m feeling a fail for this one 🙁

Westy34, you're not alone. This wait is killing me too. This one could be my last one, so I'm extra nervous. I'm trying to relax and enjoy my evenings after work but is just hard! Last night I dreamt we had an early score release, but I couldn't see my score lol I'm going crazy, just want a 75!

Right there with you guys. I think most of us are pretty nervous about this score release, I constantly think about it and need some closure! I really hope we can all hit that 75, I know this has been a painful one for all of us.

If SIMS weren't hard then everyone would be a CPA 🙂

It shouldn't be a surprise that sims for every test will be a nightmare. I've literally sat there and laughed at some b/c I had ZERO clue of the question itself.

I know what you mean. On FAR I was at the point of delusion with one of my sims that was so unfamiliar to me on a topic I never knew existed and was laughing at putting zeros in about 10 boxes on that entire sim. I was like okay I can't believe this is how I answered a question for the CPA exam…I do NOT deserve to pass! ….then got an 83! That must have been a pretest question

I had one SIM on FAR that I didn't really have any clue about. I found it in my becker study book and the material was only on 2 pages at the very end of the book. Kudos to them for pulling that little amount and making it a SIM.

I was convinced I'd bombed based on the SIMS but I got a 76. Proof you can bomb the sims and still pass I guess. 😉

@ audbothers: I took audit last Friday. My advice: know everything! I studied some areas that i didnt even get 1 question on. So i cant tell you to study a certain area bc your test will prolly be diff than mine. I got so frustrated that I just narrowed answers down to 2 and took an educated guess. Some i knew the answers right off, but i flagged maybe 7-9 per testlet. I would freak out, but this isnt my 1st cpa exam. I'll know in 3 weeks how well/bad i did. Simulations, like everyone has said on here before are FAR based. Know JE's for sure. Definitely practice researching on ALL of the AL bc you never know what you're gonna get. I feel like i nailed both only bc i knew which one to look into. But you never know, coulda got them wrong. I'm going to study my last section (hopefully no AUD retake) & hope I get good news on the 23rd. Good luck & congrats to all!

i am going through all the Flashcards i made…atleast 2 times before exam.
simultaneously, i am doing research quesitons in AL.
NINJA MCQ- will do question on weak areas atleast 100 a day till exam
one more thing, will check JE too..thank you for the suggestions
hopefully, all the hard work comes out as a passing score …..

I am taking audit in 3 days. I am really worried about the SIMS. I have heard from many people about utilizing the AL but the SIMS I did in becker (didn't do too many) I wasn't sure how to search them up aside from the research questions. What do you guys mean when you say use the AL for non-research questions? I mean if it was an adjusting JE that would be simple I hope. Thanks.
