Just took the AUD Exam and I do not know what to think

After the FAR test, I thought there was no way I passed it. Got an 82.

After the BEC test, I thought I may have passed it. Got an 82.

After the AUD test, I am completely baffled. Guess I’ll find out in a month, if my lucky number is 82.

    FAR 82
    BEC 82
    AUD 93
    REG 87

Could you elaborate on what you mean by ‘baffled'?

@CPjAson, I'm baffled, because unlike FAR or BEC, where I thought I failed or passed, AUD seemed more like a “crap shot”. In my opinion, some of the MCQ's wording seemed confusing and meandering (too many words that were needed), and some of the SIMS had nothing to do with what I studied in Wiley. The test threw me quite a few curve balls.

From what I understand of the AUD exam some people think it's the easiest of the four, but yet it has the worst pass rate.

To me it's an enigma and now it's more of an enigma since I have taken the exam

    FAR 82
    BEC 82
    AUD 93
    REG 87

Damn…I'm using Rogers/Wiley right now and have AUD next week. Having things on the test not covered in Wiley is scaring me 🙁

    My lucky number is 81!

I have similar experience – thought I should pass FAR and got 81, wasn't sure about BEC and got 81. But I felt awful about SIMs on REG and got 83! So, this scoring is a mystery…..and I am hoping for a 75 on AUD……but all those stories about AUD on here are scary!

Bottom line – it can always go either way…..hope you got at least a 75!

    FAR: 81 (May 2013)
    BEC: 81 (July 2013)
    REG: 83 (August 2013)
    AUD: 82 (November 2013)
    California CPA since 1/30/14

I thought this was the hardest of the 4 exams I've taken……or maybe 2nd to REG. Felt a lot worse walking out than for FAR and BEC

I can go on how I feel after the exam. When I took FAR the first time (lost credit 🙁 rematch 10/29) I felt like I bombed it when I actually passed it. When I took AUD the first time (rematch 11/26) I felt like I passed it when I actually failed it by a couple of points. When I passed REG and BEC I wasn't sure, had the feeling it could go either way.

So, from my experience those after-exam feelings are not very good indicators

Good luck on AUD @Jasper 🙂

    3XBEC:75 * 4XREG:82 * 4XFAR:76 * 7XAUD:77
