I have ninja mcq, notes and I have becker. I finished my last week of notes a week before and I thought to myself, how can I review everything. So I wanted to ask you guys if what i did was right logically. Each day this week I went over every chapter (just watching lectures) the reason why I did that is so that I can review some stuff because I don’t remember what I read on the first week. Then I figure I take a practice test on sunday, which i know i’m going to do bad on because i’ve barely had time to go over mcq. The reason why I want to do that is to try and cram a lot of info in my brain. My hope is that I can see my tough areas such as math and do mcq nonstop from monday till my exam. How does that sound?

do the practice exam if you want to but since you think you will do badly just start a systematic review in mcq's starting with either weaker areas to strengthen them or earlier sections to start your refresh. use your time in a way that you cover all material during review and build your strengths.
    what section are you studying?

ya that's what I was thinking. I've been cramming in information since last sunday to today. So I was thinking that since today is my last day is today for cramming that instead of taking a practice exam, I start studying multiple choice and then take the two exams from becker next week. What do you think

I didn't read the last part of your question, What I did was I separated out all the chapters into the percentages that becker gave, and I listed to just that section in one day. For example, I crammed all the lectures for strategic planning on monday, then the next section on tuesday. The reason why I thought of doing this is because I studied for a month but I forgot a lot of things, so i figured if I could cram everything in a week then I can do multiple choice the next week.

i think focusing on mcqs will help cover all material efficiently and get your speed up. lectures only as a break and if foundation in a topic is weak. not sure what section you are studying but dont forget sims

you don't think it's a good idea to take an exam tomorrow when I haven't reviewed the MC as much. My test is the 25th. I was going to take one tomorrow just to get the experience of taking an exam and then next week was straight up mcq and then next weekend I take the last exam.

I like the practice exam because the response doesnt pop up with the answer and ninja is cso weighted and gives me a sense of timing – just dont get discouraged if you dont do well

Take the practice exam for the reasons i cited above and now is a good time. Just use the results to improve your time and expose weak areas. You said you won't do well so be pleased if you do but don't be discouraged if you don't. Go for it. Check back when you are done. I will be interested to hear how it went.

let me tell you how i've been doing, the first three chapters i've been average in the 60's maybe high 50's in the multiple choice but as soon as chapter 4 hit, I started to hit in the 70s. I recently tried ninja but I would always take it after a cram session and average between the 50-65. Is that bad?

My first pass through ninja mcqs was done as i read the ninja books and my scores soooooo low. Now i have finished the missed last time pass and in review phase. My trending score is 100% as it must be to hit review and my average score dropped a point to 71% i feel closer to the 71% in terms of actual ability so i have a lot to do.
My method was very methodical so i believe the average score.
You should look at your ninja detailed progress report to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie. The progress report detail tells me where i need to be working and bring up those low average areas will now be my goal. Look at yours and see what it tells you before and after your practice exam. Is practice exam in ninja or becker? I never use becker.

Ok so an update, I didn't fail the exam which got me a little excited, I got around the low 60s. I got a 67 on both the first and second testlet and i did bad on the third. I had plenty of time left, so I found that I was rushing, there was alot of terminology that i remembered seeing but didn't remember the exact definition, and I understood most of the math. So here's what I think i should do.

    Here's my thought:
    1. I have flashcards, like a lot of them, so I figure I go through trying to memorize those to get a more better feel for terms
    2. Keep doing mcq everyday, as many as I can
    3. Review my weak area (listening to lecture in that area)
    4. Keep on doing mcq and flashcards?

    What do you think?
