Ok so i studied about 3 months for this exam with the help or yeager, wiley book, wiley test bank and ninja mcqs. My test is Jul 5th saturday.

-I listened to all the yeager lectures and highlighted important material in the book

-I read over all highlighted material twice.

-I did all the questions for taxes in wiley and ninja mcq. (i am getting about 80-85s on all the material with Corporation taxes being the worst because i am getting 70s.

-I did all the questions for professional and legal responsibilities because that will be 20% of exam and i am scoring 90’s

The thing is i didnt do any of the MCQ’s for business law and today i tried do some and i am scoring 50-60’s on it.

I also didnt try to do any practice sims or practice exams. My question is what should be my study plan for tomorrow ?

Should i do a few sims to see how they are and few comprehensive practice exams or should i do MCQ’s for business law.

I am leaning toward just focusing on trying out some sims and dong practice exams. Business law is like 10 chapters and only worth 20% so even if i score 50-60% on that ill sitll be fine.

What do you guys suggest i do for my final day of studying tomorrw?

Also any overall tips on the test. It will be my first exam and i am nervous but also eager to get it over with and know what i am in for.

I highly encourage you to practice a few simulations. From personal experience, I studied all the MCQ, but left the exam frustrated because I neglected to pay enough attention to the TBSs.

I would also download the recently released AICPA questions online (I think Becker offers the best ones)… and practices these new questions to see how well you did.

I just did some ninja sims and they seemed way too easy especially the research questions. I would literally solve research questions in 2 mins.

    I did about 400 MCQ's today since i took a day off .

I plan on doing about 400 tomorrow too.

    Practice Blaw.

I got 6 questions or so on mine, by my friend said she got at LEAST 30% Blaw MCQs.

But skip the sims. I did. I'm pretty sure there are not Blaw sims.

The SIMS are going to be too time consuming for your last day and may be no help at all. Just keep doing MCQs. Yes, you should do more business law MCQs until you are scoring in the the 70s. Do them in sets of 15-20 questions only so you move faster. Review your notes in between sets. Once you score in the 70s for bus. law then I would do more MCQs for the other areas.

    BEC: 73, 81
    AUD: 85
    FAR: 71, 77
    REG: 74, 75...finally DONE! 😀

*This is my 2nd attempt at the CPA exam. For all of you who have failed this exam many times, given up on it, or taken a break like me, remember that it is still possible to finish what you started...failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently 🙂
