    Inter company transaction Loan from Company A to Company B $500,000 . Need journal entry like this below

    Share capital orginally $1500

    Now, Share capital is going to be $2000

    Question is what will be a) share premium ( arriving out of companys remittance towards equity ) ??

    b) reserves , reflecting accumulated profits ( net of dividend outflows) ??

    C) Joint venture contribution
