BEC MCQ is down also. This is getting extremely frustrating.

i sent an email to the “ask jeff” help desk

the web.config sql error page keeps popping up – sometimes the session recovers. other times not so much. getting on with my day.

I cannot believe I woke up at 5 am to study and I cannot even access Ninja. This problem has been going on for 3 weeks now, getting progressively worse and worse. What the freaking hell is going on and why can't it be fixed?

I get up every morning at 5 to study and 50-100 ninja mcqs 3 weeks before the test. Every single day counts!

I'll spare you the excuses and just tell you what happened:

The hosting company started moving ninja MCQ to a faster server at 3am this morning.

It's still transferring over.

In the foggy haze of server-gate last week when everything was breaking, I forgot that they said “Sunday night” for the transition, so that's on me.

It's also one of the reasons I unlocked ninja blitz for the MCQ users – so there would be a fallback option.

Apologies ring hollow, I know – especially for people who had an exam this morning, but I am sorry for the (multiple) downtime/outages.

Back soon, hopefully.
