So the exam part is history, just to find out that the license application process is also a challenge.

I need to send a payment by “check or money order”. We do not use checks in my country. Neither do we use “money orders”, but perhaps there is an online service where I can pay with my credit card and have a money order issued? I tried Google but could not find anything 🙁

I also need a “self-addressed envelope”. Will be a challenge to find US stamps in Europe but that will be next challenge…

Krok, if you are still in the country, money orders are available lots of places, many grocery stores sell them, lots of convenience stores like 7-11 etc. You just take the cash needed for the amount on the money order in along with a nominal fee (like 1-2 dollars) and they will print you out a money order. If you are already out of the country…. I don't know.

Congrats on the fast passing of the tests. 2.5 days on BEC is crazy.

Depending on which state you are using to cert through you might contact their representative. If you went through one of the states the majority of the foreign students use, they have to have had these questions before. I would call, explain the situation and I bet they could point you the right direction.
