NTS delay update..

    I posted this in the BEC thread.. but wanted to give you guys an update since I think it’s important information for everyone..

    Many of you gave me advice to go to the “reprint NTS” screen to see if my NTS was there (thank you btw), unfortunately it was not there and therefore I called NASBA to find out where my NTS was as I am now on my 5th business day..

    Apparently, when you purchase your exam, you have to wait 3-5 business days from the time it hits the queue. I purchased it on 6/9 and it hit the queue end of day 6/11. The woman said I should have it by next Wednesday.

    So, in summary, when you purchase your NTS it may be more like 5-7 business days before you receive your NTS from the time you purchased the exam.. it all depends on when it hits the queue to be processed.

    Hope this helps anyone who is waiting or had to wait in the past!

    I think it has a lot to do with luck too. Some of my exams I received my NTS the day after paying for it.

    At least they were good enough to give you an answer.

    how long does it process the $50 reapplication payment till the time you can pay for the NTS? i mailed in my $50 re-app on Monday and still haven't heard back…the mailing address was Sacramento…which very close to where I live. the payment still hasn't shown on my bank account yet

    It can take upto a week, depending on how busy they are. For me it took about 2 weeks. You also might wanna call CBA to see if they have received it.

    The longest it took for me to get an NTS was when I (guess) didn't choose to receive it via email.

    It was send via snail mail.

    I waited like 10 days to receive it.

    Make sure when you apply for NTS you choose “receive via emai”.

    But then, I live in the indie state, you might be seeing a different screen than I do…
