I have to admit that I really messed up today. I was scheduled to take my fourth FAR attempt today and lo and behold I get to prometric and they can’t find my name on their list. Panic! Here is my confirmation email. Ok, we have to call tech support. Sit down, look through my emails, find another email with what I think is my audit confirmation and then my heart sinks. I rescheduled the wrong frigging test. I had two under my current NTS, FAR and AUD. instead of rescheduling my AUD exam I rescheduled my FAR exam. Surprisingly I’m not as mad as I thought I would be. Maybe because I was feeling a little unprepared. I think this exam is making me go a little looney.

    Lesson learned.

I’m currently scheduled for the 30th. So what should I do now? More MCQ’s? Re-write my notes? Read the book a couple more times? All of the above?

    FAR - Bad Fail '11, Fail '12, Fail '13, PASS It's a miracle!
    AUD - Fail, PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    BEC - PASS!!!!!!!!
REG - PASS!!!!!!!! And I'm done!

I would say re-write notes and do more MCQ's. And just use this opportunity to go over any areas that you still weren't sure about. But make sure to keep all the topics fresh in your head.

    FAR- 70, 68, 90
    AUD- 72, 85
    REG- 74, 83
    BEC- 81
    ETHICS- 90

    CA CPA
    CMA

Yeah, I'm worried that I'm going to forget all of the hard topics that I've been drilling into my head during the last week and that by the time the 30th comes around I'll forget it. Driving to the exam I did think to myself how I did not prepare enough for leasing (somehow I ended up skipping it during my review). As you can tell memory is not my best facet.

I formulated a plan though and so far here it is:

Re-write my notes at least 3 times.

    Do 50 MCQ's daily

Re-read NFP, Gov't, Leasing, and Deffered Taxes

Memorize every single falsh card that I have plus the ones on the Ninja App. Actually, Brainscape, the app that Jeff puts his flashcards on allows you to make your own. So I was thinking it would help if I transferred all of them there.

    FAR - Bad Fail '11, Fail '12, Fail '13, PASS It's a miracle!
    AUD - Fail, PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    BEC - PASS!!!!!!!!
REG - PASS!!!!!!!! And I'm done!

Definitely journal entries. I took FAR today, and the one thing I didn't have time to get to ended up being one of my simulations, so please brush up on those areas that are shaky!

    REG - 87
    BEC - 81
    AUD - 80
    FAR - 81 AND DONE!!
