Online MS accounting

I am a licensed CPA. I want to pursue a accredited MS accounting program. Are there any MS accounting programs that offer course waivers for having completed CPA exams?

Not sure about courses but I think they may waive GMAT requirement. I did my MSA at CSUS.

BEC: 81 (July 2013)
REG: 83 (August 2013)
AUD: 82 (November 2013)
