Hey everyone,

I am taking FAR this Friday and am starting to panic. I took the Becker Practice test #1 and averaged 81 (MC only 83,80,80). However, I just did the MC for the 2nd practice test and my scores are drastically lower at 63,63,70.

I have been doing pretty well on the Becker progress tests scoring anywhere between 80-90% on sets of 30 MCQ. I feel that I know the material pretty well but am starting to doubt myself now.

Has anybody has such a difference in scores like this?

Everyone panics for FAR. If you studied the material, reviewed it and got these scores on your exams you should be in pretty good shape.

The last thing you want to do is panic. Becker is harder than the actual exam.

Yeah but don't sweat it…just keep doing what you're doing. It's good that you're doing progress MCQs in 30 question sets because it emulates the actual exam. But if I were you I would take a bit further by doing 3 sets of 30 progress MCQs back to back (assuming the questions cover all 10 chapters)…which would be even closer to the exam experience.

Now, if you can score consistently high (80-90%) on these three sets of MCQs, I'd say you're well prepared. It doesn't help you much to score high on one isolated set of 30 MCQs. You gotta make your review study as close to the real test experience as possible.

Oh…and I hope you are practicing SIMS…esp. for FAR.

Study as much as you can and EXERCISE

There is nothing you can really do about it you put in the time, you studied panicking is not going to do anything good for you.

Just continue studying and take the exam on Friday.

Also i would say take the Thursday off from studying so that your brain is well rested for the exam.
