    Hi all,

I passed all four exams in Florida and finally received my last 3 credits and it’s time to apply for licensure. Only problem is I’m moving to New Jersey in August, so I want to apply there. I’ve search online a while and I’m sure how to go about applying in NJ with scores and work experience in Florida. Anyone have any advice?

Side bar: Are congratulatory letters necessary? I never received one from when I passed my final section last November. NASBA’s site shows “Credit” for every section except my last, BEC, which says “Passed”

I’m so ready to just get this all over with. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

    B - PASSED - 80 (11/11/13)
    A - PASSED - 87 (4/29/13)
    R - PASSED - 75 (2/25/13)
    F - PASSED - 83 (8/12/13)

You might want to consider getting a Florida license rather than switching to New Jersey. According to http://www.cpamobility.org Florida CPA's can practice in New Jersey “(with no further filing or fee) if you hold an active unrestricted CPA license in your principal place of business. “CPA license” means a CPA license granted by the state board after all education, exam and experience requirements have been met.”

    REG - 11/5/2012 - 80
    BEC - 1/17/2013 - 76
    AUD - 2/22/2013 - 70 4/5/2013 - 75
    FAR - 5/28/2013 - 75 - Done!!!

Question: What do you call someone who only gets 75's and 76's on the four parts of the CPA exam?

    Answer: A CPA
